A little bit about me…

Welcome! My name is Tiffany.
I am fiercely passionate about healing and coming to our core sense of self.
My personal history of healing profoundly inspires my work in supporting and witnessing others as they process their lived experiences.
Having spent a significant portion of life unknowingly in a state of dissociation, I deeply understand the devastation and upheaval that can come with seeking truth and understanding. Confronting suppressed memories and navigating life’s unexpected challenges has brought immense pain but also profound lessons that have guided me toward self-actualization. Throughout this process, I’ve discovered a unique blend of sadness, liberation, and triumph.
This inspires my dedication to creating a supportive space for others as they navigate their own path to healing.
The desire in my practice is to engage in meaningful conversations about your unique experiences that fosters new awareness and leads to self discovery that is authentic to you.
My healing work is shaped by my personal and cultural lived experiences as well as my educational training in trauma-informed approaches. Click here to learn more about my approach in therapy.
Through collaborative conversation, I will show up with deep presence and curiosity that offers gentle yet thought-provoking reflections. My intention is to cultivate a space of safety for you to share vulnerable parts of yourself and to receive them with respect and tenderness.
I firmly believe that we all have the capacity to transform our pain into inner peace.
With a belief in the liberating insights that pain can offer and the beauty in transforming it into joy, my approach focuses on discovering what truly resonates with you. I intend to explore from your worldview and to remain humbly aware of all of the layers that feed into your experience, whether that be psychological, personal, cultural, or economic factors.
I look forward to connecting with you and would be honored to hold space and deeply attune to you during our time together.
